Acceptance of Terms

"Little Shop of Gifts" reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, without prior notice, at any time. If our terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, your only alternative is to terminate the use of our site immediately.


All content on the "Little Shop of Gifts" website, including but not restricted to images, logos, text, icons, graphics, software, is the property of "Little Shop of Gifts CC" and is protected by South African and International copyright law.

Spiders and Crawlers

No person, business or web site may use any technology to search and gain any information from this Website without the prior written permission of "Little Shop of Gifts".

Terms and Conditions

"Little Shop of Gifts" reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice given.
Returns and Refund Policy

Purchases made online:

You are entitled to cancel your order for the Goods, without penalty, within 7 days of the Goods having been delivered to you. In such an event -

a. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date of cancelling this agreement;
b. This refund amount does not include any courier costs incurred when the item was shipped to you.
c. You undertake not to utilise the Goods;
d. Your agreement of purchase will be deemed to have been cancelled, and e. You will be liable in terms of section 44(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (as amended from time to time) for the direct costs of returning the Goods, such as courier and/or shipping charges.

Purchases made in-store:

Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 6 months after delivery. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.

If the goods have been used or needs to be repackaged, then a 10% handling fee will be charged

Refunds can take up to 30 working days to process.

Personalized Items:

Once an item has been personalised, it will make the item non-returnable, and you will not be able to request a refund.
Customer Privacy

"Little Shop of Gifts" shall not share any personal information with third parties unless required to do so by law. All information will be treated as private and confidential.

Your Account

By using the "Little Shop of Gifts" website, you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You will be held responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account including placing of orders. "Little Shop of Gifts" reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders.
Stock Availability

All items on this website are subject to availability. If an order was placed and the item becomes out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will be advised to wait until the items become available again, or given the option to request a refund, or change your items.


We reserve the right to update the pricing of our products at any time.
"Little Shop of Gifts" reserves the right the remove any products without prior notice or reason.

All orders exclude delivery cost. The delivery cost will be added to the final amount of the order on checkout.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices displayed are also excluding VAT. Should the VAT status of "Little Shop of Gifts" change, then the prices will automatically updated.

Processing of Orders

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

Please ensure that the correct product and quantities have been selected when placing an order. "Little Shop of Gifts" will not be held responsible for incorrect items or quantities ordered.

Payment Options

"Little Shop of Gifts" only accepts Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) and EFT as payment options. We do not accept cheques or Cash on Delivery as payment

All payments, unless direct deposit, is processed via PayFast.

By making use of PayFast, you need to familiarize yourself with their terms and conditions as well.

If you do not make payment within 2 weeks of placing your order, then your order will automatically be cancelled. This however does not apply when a deposit was paid.

You will need to place a new order if you wish to continue with the order. If it so happens that you qualified for a special, you will loose the special discount as well. (Unless the special is still running, then you will still qualify).
Shipping of Goods

We strive to ship the goods to you in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that damage occured during transit of your goods, "Little Shop of Gifts" will not be held responsible for any damages. It is highly recommended that you take out insurance before we ship your parcel. The shipping cost quoted excludes insurance. Insurance will be an additional cost to you if you wish to take it.

If damage does occur during transit, you need to take it up with the courier company used.
If you prefer using your own courier company, then "Little Shop of Gifts" will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Delivery Time

It remains your responsibility to order items well in advance. "Little Shop of Gifts" will not be held responsible if items do not arrive on time. It is suggested that you order your items at least 3 – 5 months in advance.

"Little Shop of Gifts" will also not be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but not limited to, bad weather, strikes of any kind, out of stock items etc. It remains your responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact details.

If your order is returned back to us because of incorrect shipping details or delivery can't be made, you will be held responsible for shipping fees to resend your order again.
